The brief is built each morning, and each day's record is kept exactly as it was counted. Nothing here is revised after the fact, which is the only reason a coverage number is worth anything later.
On the counting. Grouping was improved on 10 August 2026, so story counts before that date read high. Left as recorded, never restated. A number that gets revised is worth nothing.
3 to 8 September. On these six mornings the build wrote everything the feeds still listed as that day's coverage, so an article published days earlier was counted again on each morning it remained in a feed. The rows stand as written, except one row on 7 September and four on 8 September, which those pages list. An audit found about five in six rows on these days were recounts. From 9 September a day's record holds only articles published inside its window, 07:00 to 07:00 Singapore time, written once.
